On 17 September 2026, Louisa Ghevaert was pleased to attend The BioBridge Foundation Scientific Forum Dinner at Home House Studio in Marylebone, London, focused on male regenerative sexual medicine and andrology. It brought together leading UK and international medical teams, healthcare professionals and experts for scientific discourse and a three-course dinner. This event provided three expert perspectives on future development and research into regenerative male reproductive health and sexual function, male-factor infertility, PRP, surgery, clinical practice and more.

The BioBridge Foundation is a registered Swiss non-profit organisation which promotes scientific research in regenerative medicine, in particular PRP & cell therapies. Its scientific dinner on 17 September 2026 was introduced by Dr Greta Peciulyte, a consultant urologist, aesthetic and regenerative andrologist in London. Professor Ege Can Serefoglu, a Urologist and Andrologist from Turkey, then delivered the first session on male regenerative sexual medicine providing a scientific and multidisciplinary framework, an overview of male andrology issues, research priorities and future progress and innovation. This sparked lively discussion about the direction of future research and how best to optimise outcomes, guidance and practice.
Mr Karl Pang, Consultant Urologist & Andrologist in London, then explored developments in male regenerative medicine and infertility and how scientific discoveries can be turned into medical treatments to improve male reproductive health, sexual function and urology. Dr Sam Ward, a Urologist and Andrologist in Brussels, then delivered the final session examining research, clinical decision-making and pioneering practice for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and curvature (Peyronie’s Disease). This highlighted the European Association of Urology (EAU) 2026 Guidelines which discuss PRP within innovative and regenerative treatment methods for ED (although current evidence remains insufficient to provide a recommendation for the use of PRP to treat ED and results from larger trials are still needed to confirm findings and define its efficacy and safety).
